Nova now answers Telegram messages. When the control plane injects a per-Nova bot token (auto-created via Telegram Managed Bots), Nova registers its own webhook on boot and routes inbound messages through the hosted-chat orchestrate() pipeline, sharing sessions with web/dashboard chat. Secret-token gated; no bot token leaves the Nova. See docs/13 in the dashboard repo.

Nova's container is now based on Ubuntu 24.04 (full userland) with Bun installed on top, replacing the minimal bun-slim base. Same agent toolchain (git, node+npm, python3, build tools, jq, ripgrep, ssh, vim, …) (#16).

Autonomous Nova's container now ships a full agent toolchain: git, curl, wget, node+npm, python3+pip, build-essential, jq, unzip, ripgrep, ssh and more. Previously the bun slim base had almost nothing, so git/npm/etc. were "command not found" (#15).

Nova no longer surfaces "llm returned no content" mid-chat. When a model returns no final prose after a tool/skill step, the brain returns the gathered results (or a plain apology) instead of throwing (#14).

Raises Bun.serve idleTimeout to 255s so chat SSE streams (and slow replies) no longer drop at 10s before the 15s heartbeat fires. Fixes the janky stream / "request timed out after 10 seconds" (#13).

Fixes autonomous Nova (NOVA_SYSTEM_TOOLS=1) failing on the first system-tool call with ENOENT … '/data/workspace'.

The workspace root was created lazily only by bash/write_file, so the first exploratory list_dir/read_file/edit_file on a fresh deploy errored ("can't find /data/workspace"). The root is now ensured before every system tool runs.

Coordinate mode is now fully agentic.

• A mention is a hint, not a bypass. In coordinate mode Nova ALWAYS runs the brain, even for a single @mention: it reasons about what to ask the agent from the conversation and re-asks it, instead of forwarding your message. It never dumps raw history at a sub-agent.
• Route mode stays pure delegation — single best member, message forwarded verbatim.
• No more "coordinate → no one" — when Nova answers on its own it's reported as a direct answer; when it consults members the route reflects what actually happened.

VERSION 0.13.0.

Fixes single-@mention follow-ups.

• Inline mentions preserved — cleanForward no longer deletes a mention that is the subject of the sentence; "what does Hermes 1 think?" reaches the member intact instead of "what does think?".
• Conversation context forwarded — a single-member forward now prepends the recent conversation (bounded) so a follow-up resolves; members don't share Nova's per-context memory and Nova may have answered earlier turns itself.
